Lisa is a devoted mother, grandmother, and wife whose life is rooted in compassion,
service, and strong family values. With a vibrant personality and energetic spirit, she finds joy in connecting with others and making a difference wherever she can.
She brings over 25 years of professional experience, including 15 years doing customer service and 10 years as an office manager for a roofing company in
Southern California. In every role, Lisa has been known for her reliability, organization, and strong people skills.
Helping others has always been at the heart of who Lisa is. She has dedicated time and energy to supporting elderly members of her community—driving them to the store, assisting with paperwork, and helping them access essential resources. Her welcoming personality makes people feel comfortable
around her, and her relatable, down-to-earth nature ensures everyone feels seen, heard, and supported. While she has helped people from all walks of life, Lisa's greatest passion lies in advocating for children and families.
She is now excited to begin a new chapter in her career, focused on helping families reunify and rebuild. ​Anna Swan was born and raised in Laguna Beach, CA. She earned her degree from
the University of California San Diego in Childbirth Education and Postpartum Care,
and subsequently raised three children, now adults.
Over the years, she has earned various licenses and certifications to not only understand, but advocate in the community for the safe, happy, and peaceful upbringing of families.
For more than 20 years, Anna has been a passionate advocate for trauma-informed care at birth, believing that all children deserve a safe space to live, grow, and thrive.

Rhiannon joins the team with extensive experience. She has over 25 years and counting of professional experience working for the State of California and the U.S. Federal Government.
She is also a devoted single mother of 2 girls: Taylor, 17 and Jordyn, 13. Her role is to provide a safe, neutral, and structured environment for children during visits, while documenting all interactions in an objective and detailed manner. She has worked closely with families and the courts to ensure that children’s best interests are always prioritized.
With experience in law settings and child advocacy, she understands how sensitive and stressful these situations can be as she has experienced them herself. Her goal is to support healthy parent-child interactions while maintaining clear, factual documentation that can be used in court if needed.​

Keria joins the team with a strong background in early childhood education, having spent five years as a preschool teacher. Her experience as both an educator and a parent has given her a deep understanding of patience, empathy, and the importance of creating safe, welcoming environments for children and families.

Known for her warm personality and attention to detail, Keria strives to ensure every visit feels comfortable and positive for everyone involved. She values connection, understanding, and helping others feel supported through each interaction.

Outside of work, Keria enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, whether off-roading, hiking, or simply soaking in nature. Her love for adventure and family life carries over into her work, where she always makes space for those who need her care and compassion.

Julia also has extensive experience supporting families with special needs children and her commitment to family well-being and empowerment guides her work in helping parents strengthen relationships and work toward lasting positive change.
